1. Digital Service Provisioning (No Physical Shipping)

ProgVision (https://progvision.online/), an MSME-registered enterprise in India, provides the 100% cloud-hosted Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform for Follioo. We do not sell, package, dispatch, or ship any tangible or physical products. Therefore, physical courier shipping, freight charges, and shipping addresses are completely inapplicable to all transactions on Follioo.

2. Instant Delivery Timeline (Under 60 Seconds)

Delivery of your purchased service occurs electronically and instantaneously upon successful payment verification:

  • Subdomain Activation: Your chosen subdomain (e.g., yourname.follioo.site, yourname.follioo.xyz, or yourname.follioo.in) is provisioned on Cloudflare Edge DNS and published globally within 60 seconds of payment authorization.
  • SSL Certificate Issuance: Automated TLS/SSL security certificates are deployed instantly across edge nodes, securing your public portfolio with HTTPS.
  • Electronic Receipt / Invoice: A digital tax invoice and confirmation receipt containing your PayU Transaction ID, timestamp, and order details is delivered immediately to your registered email address.
  • Asset Access: Downloadable auto-generated PDF resumes, vCard contact files, and high-resolution QR codes are immediately unlocked in your user dashboard.

3. Failed Delivery Protocol & Remediation

In rare events where an edge network timeout, database lock, or gateway webhook delay prevents automatic subdomain activation within 60 seconds:

Your dashboard displays a prominent "Retry Activation" button that re-triggers the provisioning worker without charging you again.

Step 2: Expedited Manual Provisioning

Step 3: Instant Full Refund Guarantee
