1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and ProgVision (https://progvision.online/), an MSME-registered enterprise under the Ministry of MSME, Govt. of India, operating, developing, and hosting the online portfolio software accessible at follioo.in and its associated domains (including follioo.site and follioo.xyz).

By creating an account, selecting a subdomain, making a payment, or accessing any portfolio generated through Follioo, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and Fair-Use Policy.

2. Description of Digital Service

Follioo provides a web-based Software-as-a-Service ("SaaS") platform enabling students, job seekers, and early professionals to build, customize, and publish digital career portfolios.

Each verified purchase unlocks the Follioo Lifetime Pass, which includes:

• One dedicated personal subdomain on the user's choice of domain (username.follioo.site, username.follioo.xyz, or username.follioo.in).
• Access to all 12 platform design layouts and 12 light-theme color palettes.
• Hosting for up to 5 compressed WebP project images and 1 profile photo/avatar.
• Auto-generated downloadable PDF resume formatted from portfolio data.
• Digital vCard contact file, shareable QR code, and Google SEO indexing.
• Unlimited future text edits, skill updates, and project revisions.

3. One-Time ₹99 Pricing & Lifetime Access Terms

The service is offered at a one-time fixed price of ₹99 (inclusive of applicable 18% Goods and Services Tax) for users in India, or equivalent regional pricing for international users (USD $1.00 / EUR €1.00 / AED 4.00).

Lifetime Access Definition: "Lifetime" refers to the active commercial operational lifetime of the Follioo platform. There are no recurring annual maintenance fees, renewal charges, or hidden hosting subscriptions. As long as Follioo operates, your published portfolio remains hosted without additional payment, subject to adherence to our Fair-Use Policy.

4. Subdomain Allocation & Brand Protection

Subdomains are allocated on a strictly first-come, first-served basis across our unified domain network. Because a username is globally unique across all supported domains, holding arjun.follioo.site reserves the handle arjun across the entire network.

Users may not claim subdomains that violate registered trademarks, impersonate well-known companies, government entities, educational institutions, or public figures. We reserve the statutory right to reclaim or reassign any infringing subdomain upon receipt of a verified intellectual property grievance.

5. Payment Processing & Gateway Compliance

All electronic payments are processed through Reserve Bank of India (RBI) authorized payment aggregators, specifically PayU Payments Private Limited ("PayU") and Razorpay. Follioo does not collect, handle, or store debit/credit card numbers, CVV codes, UPI MPINs, or bank account credentials on its servers.

Transactions are validated cryptographically server-side using secure SHA-512 digital checksums. Subdomain activation occurs immediately upon receipt of a confirmed success callback from the gateway.

6. User Representations & Content Warranties

You represent and warrant that:

• All educational qualifications, work experience, certificates, and portfolio materials provided are truthful and authentic.
• You own or have secured necessary permissions for all code samples, photographs, and media uploaded.
• Your portfolio will not be used for deceptive impersonation, academic fraud, or copyright infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Follioo and ProgVision shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from job interview outcomes, hiring decisions, platform downtime caused by third-party cloud infrastructure providers (Cloudflare, Firebase, PayU), or cyber incidents outside our reasonable control. Our total aggregate liability under any claim shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you (₹99).

8. Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction

These Terms and any transaction conducted on Follioo are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act 2000, Consumer Protection Act 2019, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023. Any legal disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Andhra Pradesh, India.
