We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to marketing advertisers. We share specific data elements only with vetted cloud infrastructure and regulatory payment processors under strict data protection agreements:

• PayU Payments Private Limited: RBI-licensed payment aggregator facilitating UPI, Net Banking, and card payments. PayU processes billing details securely under PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance.
• Google Cloud & Firebase (Asia-South1, Mumbai): Hosting databases and authentication tokens within Indian sovereign cloud regions.
• Cloudflare, Inc.: Global Content Delivery Network (CDN), edge caching, wildcard DNS routing, and DDoS mitigation.
• Transactional Email Services (Resend/Brevo): Dispatching purchase receipts and account password reset links.

4. Data Retention and Erasure Policy

Your personal data is retained for as long as your portfolio remains published. If you choose to delete your portfolio via Dashboard → Settings, all personal records, uploaded media, and profile data are permanently erased from our active databases immediately, with backup archives purged within 30 days, in compliance with Section 8(7) of the DPDP Act 2023.

As a registered user and Data Principal, you possess enforceable legal rights:

• Right to Access & Summary: View all personal data held about you at any time directly through your dashboard.
• Right to Correction & Updating: Edit your name, contact details, project entries, or profile photo without restriction.
• Right to Data Portability: Export a full machine-readable JSON copy of your portfolio directly via Settings → Export Data.
• Right to Erasure / Account Deletion: Permanently destroy your portfolio, unbind your subdomain, and delete stored records in one click.
• Right to Grievance Redressal: Direct formal privacy complaints to our designated Grievance Officer.

Follioo uses strictly essential functional cookies to authenticate logged-in sessions and maintain your active editing state. We do not use third-party cross-site advertising cookies or behavioral tracking beacons.
